Welcome to Sirat. By using this application, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Sirat, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Sirat is an Islamic companion app that provides prayer times, Qibla direction, dua library, tasbih counter, and AI-assisted answers to Islamic questions. The app is designed to support your daily Islamic practice.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Sirat uses artificial intelligence to provide responses to Islamic questions. Please be aware that:

• AI-generated responses are informational only and should not be treated as authoritative religious rulings (fatwa).
• For matters of religious significance, always consult a qualified Islamic scholar or your local imam.
• We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that all AI responses are free from error.
• The app cites sources where possible, but users should verify important information independently.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Sirat offers auto-renewable subscription plans:

• Monthly Plan: Billed monthly. Renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Yearly Plan: Billed annually. Renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID account. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings under Subscriptions.

5. Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple's support channels in accordance with Apple's refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.

6. User Responsibilities

By using Sirat, you agree to:

• Use the app in a respectful manner consistent with Islamic values.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute the app.
• Not use the app for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
• Not submit harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content through the chat feature.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and features of Sirat are the intellectual property of the app's developers. Quranic text, hadith references, and dua content are from established Islamic sources and are used respectfully.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sirat is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the app, including but not limited to reliance on AI-generated content for religious decisions.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the app at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
